Making a Complaint

The Department for Education, Ofsted and Parentkind (a national charity) have produced a guide for parents with how best to approach school complaints and what to expect from the process. Can I please urge any parent or carer who is considering submitting a complaint to a school to read it. I am becoming increasingly concerned about this issue and the pressure it is putting on staff, especially our Headteachers.
